We will be journeying through seven themes and aspects of woman: physical, emotional, mental, energetic, creative, sensual and spiritual. These will be our guiding stars and the map with which we navigate.

Merging Science & Soul, as always, we will dedicate teaching sessions to the hormonal dance and the play of consciousness of woman, how everything is interconnected. You will receive material for reading and also recipes, supplement recommendations and bio-hacks for supporting the female body.

Whether you’re on a journey of self-discovery and healing of the physical, emotional or spiritual, this is created for you. Let’s meet here.

Emerging from a physical, emotional and energetic healing journey of womanhood and experiencing support and healing that was far from my deepest needs in the western medicine system, I now feel it is time to embark on a deeply nurturing and healing program that addresses all aspects of womanhood - including the spontaneous aliveness of woman - that which naturally arises when we are in balance hormonally, emotionally and holistically (holistic meaning on a whole, holy and healing level).

Everything is interlinked. Everything we think, feel, do, believe in, prioritise, skip and procrastinate has an effect on our health, our healing and finding our way home to ourselves. Let’s explore the truest, deepest and most beautiful path, together.

During science sessions, we will talk nutrition, sleep, touch, movement, the connection between the sex organs, pelvis and jaws/neck, how emotional response stays in the body and creates an environment that perpetuates the emotions. We till look into the power of the mind and the greater power of mindlessness. Heartfulness at its core.

Hormonally, we will intimately get to know our moon cycle and how it does correspond with the seasons and phases of the moon, as well as our fluctuating needs during the month. We will also see how intimately linked our hormonal axis is: diving into the medicine of feedback loops and balances of the hormones of sleep, thyroid (energy), stress (adrenals) and reproduction (sex organs.)

In the soul sessions, we will practice deep ancient practices designed for woman awakening and healing. We will explore ourselves in dance, movement, voice activation, devotional singing, deep relationship to our womb and the womb of all creation. We will tap into healing of the ancestral lineage, meditations, practice ancient healing techniques and yogas, breathe deeply and fully and most of all - share vulnerably in a circle of beloved sisters. Intimate, safe and held. Connecting to oneness, a field beyond pain and pleasure. Presence.

And! We will being to explore our true creative longing. That joy you had as a child, as a teen, as a grown woman, still. Painting, singing, dancing, playing music, writing, sculpting, cooking, creating beauty at home…. Becoming the artists of our own lives. Creation from a deep, deep place.

I truly believe that we are all born artists and that we are here to express our unique tone of voice out into the world for all to hear. Reclaiming our true wild nature as innocent creators.
